Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach team members, own merchandising areas (Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps) and assist with BOPIS/OMNI as needed. The role emphasizes leadership on the sales floor and driving strong store performance.

You will be involved in scheduling, training, and daily operations to ensure a safe, friendly shopping experience and efficient recovery processes across the department.

Qualifications

• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Promote safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members and delegate tasks during shifts.
• Support front-end, sales-floor and customer engagement routines.
• Report to Store or Sales Manager depending on store size.
