Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Coach Team Members and own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and standards.
• Assist with BOPIS/OMNI and front-end activities.
