Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales‑floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes powering Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery while supporting BOPIS/OMNI needs as required to drive store performance.

This position requires strong scheduling flexibility, safety adherence, and a customer‑focused mindset to lead by example in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking and staging.
