Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members, own key merchandising areas, and drive omnichannel and BOPIS activities as needed.

A strong focus on safety, customer engagement, and selling behaviors is essential. The role requires supervisory experience where possible, availability for varied shifts, and a commitment to high standards in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or farm/ranch knowledge preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own Power Panel, Clipstrip and Endcap execution.
• Oversee BOPIS/OMNI support, clothing department recovery, and safety standards.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, ensure customer engagement and operation standards.
