Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred and 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
