Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members and own sales-floor presentation areas, including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.

The role emphasizes top selling Team Members with ownership over in-store displays and omni support, aligned to store needs and district direction.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills; ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery responsibilities.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safety practices.
