Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a focus on merchandising excellence, safety, and customer engagement across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related farm/ranch/pet/equine knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Read, write, and count accurately; basic computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts including weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members for better selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, and clothing recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead team members during shifts, delegate tasks, and model safe practices.
