Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. You will manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes being a top selling Team Member, with responsibility for coaching, task delegation, and ensuring safe work practices across shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and front-end routines.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members for selling behaviors.
