Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own merchandising areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery. The role emphasizes leadership of shifts, customer engagement, and accountability for execution.

The position requires retail or related experience, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coaching Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and Customer handoff.
• Operate cash register and assist customers.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain licenses or certifications as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
