The ideal candidate will hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification, and 4–8 years of enterprise IT experience with SolarWinds and AD administration. Day or night shifts apply.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 4–8 years of enterprise systems engineering, network design, or IT operations management; MS degree with 2–6 years may be considered.
• Advanced understanding of network protocols and storage networks, virtualization, and security baselines.
• Must possess a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or higher.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at time of consideration.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring (SolarWinds) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow) prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis and architecture to determine specifications and roadmaps for enterprise IT.
• Document, test, and modify network/server configurations to align with DoD directives and security baselines.
• Serve as NOSC watch officer (24x7x365) and lead incident diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Provide input for operational procedures, incident response, and SLA-compliant workflows; evaluate third‑party vendor solutions in ITSM.
• Interface with high‑level partners and present AARs and technical briefings to senior leadership.
• Support Tier I–III personnel and oversee global network monitoring using DoD-approved tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
