Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Network/System Technician to support monitoring large-scale DoD operations at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role covers system and network administration, NOSC support, and incident triage across classified networks.

You will work 24x7x365 with DoD directives, using ServiceNow for incident tickets and SLA adherence, while communicating with government leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• BS degree or Masters with relevant IT experience required.
• Active Security+ or equivalent credentials required prior to start.
• Must hold active DoD TS/SCI at time of consideration.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier I-III systems, networking, and engineering teams for troubleshooting.
• Oversee real-time monitoring of enterprise networks using DoD-approved tools.
• Develop and enforce incident response workflows and escalation protocols.
• Interface with partners and government clients on network status and impacts.
• Prepare operational briefs and executive summaries for leadership.
• Document degradation of services and drive resolution.
• Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing, reporting, and change requests.
