Job summary

Leidos LLC seeks a Deputy Network Operations Center Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA to lead 24/7 NOC operations on a DoW contract. You will supervise network engineers, ensure incident response, and coordinate with stakeholders. This is an on-site role with a 10 am to 6 pm schedule, Monday through Friday.

Active Top Secret with SCI required. Salary range published; strong emphasis on federal standards and DoD security compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level networks in a DoW or federal environment.
• Familiarity with network equipment (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.) and systems equipment (Dell, HPE, Synergy, NetApp, Active Directory, etc.).
• CompTIA Security+ or IAT Level II equivalent certification at time of consideration.
• Must possess an active Top Secret with SCI clearance at time of consideration.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24/7 NOC operations, ensuring continuous monitoring, incident response, and resolution of Network issues.
• Supervise and mentor a team of network engineers and systems administrators, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Oversee the identification, prioritization, and resolution of network incidents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze network performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Provide detailed reports on network status, incidents, and performance to senior leadership and DoW stakeholders.
• Work with other DoW components, contractors, and vendors to support network modernization and integration efforts.
• Develop and implement training programs to maintain team readiness and technical proficiency.
• Backfill shifts as necessary.
