Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sales Executive to drive cloud transformation with USAF, engaging with defense customers, systems integrators, and partners. The role requires Top Secret clearance and US citizenship, with a focus on building strategic, high-velocity engagements that align mission needs with AWS cloud solutions.

You will develop business, manage relationships at senior levels, and lead cross-functional teams to win complex opportunities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT quota-carrying sales experience.
• 7+ years selling to the USAF.
• 10+ years meeting/exceeding sales quota.
• 7+ years working with Federal Systems Integrators and DoD.
• 5+ years experience with cloud computing basics and differentiating between providers.
• Current, active Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growing book of business in the United States Air Force as part of a USAF sales team.
• Drive business and technical relationships and close business at a rapid rate.
• Establish deep business and technical relationships through knowledge of the customer’s mission.
• Interact with customers day-to-day at senior military and civilian levels.
• Lead cross-functional teams on complex, strategic sales pursuits.
• Travel as necessary.
