Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a results-oriented salesperson to manage a Texas territory, targeting physicians and opinion leaders. You will develop sales strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and drive programs to maximize opportunities while complying with pharma guidelines.

The role requires 2+ years in business or customer service with a focus on sales, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel extensively. Competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay at a location for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing strategies specific to the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives; develop and implement programs to maximise sales opportunities.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time; present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
