Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a results-oriented pharmaceutical salesperson to manage an assigned territory in the Boston area. You will meet or exceed sales plans, build relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders, and present compelling clinical data.

The role requires 2+ years in business or sales, a Bachelor's degree, willingness to travel, and strong communication. Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred; Men's Health preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities, e.g., speakers' bureau programs, symposia.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines and operate assigned sales territory within established sales and/or corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.
