Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative for Temple, TX to drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted physicians and other HCPs. You will establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships, delivering product information to offices and achieving activity targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, B2B sales experience preferred, comfort with technology, and up to 20% travel (overnight travel may be required).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Business to Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology/virtual engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time as required (overnight travel may be required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians and HCPs.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets and complete daily administrative tasks.
• Comply with policies and trainings; manage routing plans and daily/weekly call activities.
• Collaborate with geographic partners to maximize market impact.
