Dunmor is seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team focused on residential and multifamily real estate financing. You will drive new business by cultivating relationships with investors, brokers, and realtors, aiming to exceed monthly targets and close loans efficiently.

Qualifications

• Candidate must close $3M+ in monthly origination volume.
• Experience in fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, SFR, or bridge financing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-focused selling.
• Analytical skills for structuring deals and tailoring loan terms.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-driven.
• Experience with a direct competitor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and secure new business with investors, brokers, and agents.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying lending opportunities.
• Negotiate loan terms and create customized solutions for clients.
• Build network of investors and referral partners to generate leads.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and track prospects through closing.
• Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure timely loan processing.
• Represent Dunmor at trade shows and industry events to build brand.
