Job summary

Dunmor is actively seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join our team, leveraging a strong background in securing funding for residential and multifamily real estate investments. You will drive revenue growth, pursue new business opportunities with investors and brokers, and manage a high-impact sales pipeline to close loans efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million+ in monthly origination volume in relevant financing.
Customer-focused selling with customized solutions and superior client experiences.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Analytical skills to structure deals and tailor loan terms for clients.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation: pursue and secure new business with investors, brokers, and agents.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying lending opportunities.
Negotiate and present loan terms to close deals.
Develop and maintain a network of real estate investors and referral partners.
Maintain a dynamic sales pipeline from lead generation to loan closing.
Regularly update CRM with prospects, applications, and active clients.
Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure timely loan processing.
Represent Dunmor at industry events to build the brand and generate leads.
