Job summary

Dunmor seeks results-driven Loan Originators to drive revenue in residential and multifamily real estate lending. The role targets funding $3 million+ in monthly origination volume, with strategic outreach to investors, brokers, and agents in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You will partner with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure timely loan closings and exceptional client service while representing the Dunmor brand at industry events and negotiations.

Qualifications

Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million+ monthly origination.
Strong client-focused selling and relationship-building.
Experience with real estate financing and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

Actively pursue and secure new business with property investors, brokers, and agents.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying lending opportunities.
Negotiate and present loan terms to create customized solutions.
Build a network of investors and referral partners for steady deal flow.
Manage CRM for prospects, applications, and active clients; monitor performance.
