Job summary

Dunmor is seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join our growing direct-lender team focused on residential and multifamily real estate investors. You will drive revenue growth by sourcing deals, building strategic relationships, and exceeding monthly origination targets.

Ideal candidates have a proven history funding $3M+ in monthly origination volume across fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, SFR, or short-term bridge financing, and excel in negotiation, CRM management, and cross-team

Qualifications

Proven ability to consistently achieve $3M+ in monthly origination volume across relevant loan types.
Track record of delivering customer-focused loan solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze financial information and tailor terms.
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and develop client relationships with investors, brokers, and agents.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals through lending opportunities.
Negotiate terms and create customized loan solutions to close deals.
Maintain a dynamic pipeline and accurate CRM updates.
Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure timely closings.
