Job summary

Dunmor is seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join our team, focusing on funding $3M+ in monthly origination across residential real estate investments and related financing products.

You will cultivate relationships with property investors, brokers, and agents, negotiate loan terms, and drive new business. Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure timely closings and maintain a robust CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million+ in monthly origination volume in relevant loan types.
• Deliver customized solutions and superior client experiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills to structure deals and tailor terms.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; CRM familiarity.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Experience with a direct competitor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop client relationships to drive new business.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by leveraging lending opportunities.
• Negotiate loan terms and present customized solutions.
• Build networks of investors and referral partners to generate leads.
• Maintain CRM, pipeline, and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations for timely closings.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events to build brand and generate leads.
