Job summary
Dunmor is seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join our fast-growing direct lender team. This role targets high-performance sales in residential real estate financing, including fix-and-flip, new construction, and bridge loans.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of funding $3 million+ in monthly origination volume and will build strategic relationships with investors, brokers, and real estate agents to drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Sales expertise with a track record of high origination volumes.
- Customer-focused selling and client relationship skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical skills for structuring deals and terms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Entrepreneurial drive and target attainment mindset.
- Industry experience with direct lenders preferred.
Responsibilities
- Actively pursue and secure new business with investors, brokers, and agents.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying lending opportunities.
- Negotiate loan terms and present customized solutions to clients.
- Develop and manage a network of referral partners for steady leads.
- Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to close deals.
- Maintain CRM data and monitor performance metrics.
