Ideal candidates have a proven track record of funding $3 million+ in monthly origination and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment within fix-and-flip, construction, SFR, or bridge financing domains.

Qualifications

• Sales Expertise: proven ability to achieve $3M+ monthly origination in real estate financing categories.
• Customer-focused selling with tailored loan solutions and superior client experiences.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical skills for structuring deals and evaluating financials.
• Technical proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and CRM usage.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and targets-driven.
• Experience with direct competitors in the Dunmor ecosystem preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by cultivating relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying lending opportunities.
• Negotiate loan terms and present customized solutions to close deals.
• Build and manage a network of investors and referral partners for a steady lead flow.
• Represent the company at events to boost brand and source opportunities.
