Job summary

Ehrlich Pest Control, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking Account Executives to sell commercial pest management services and products to new and existing clients in hospitality, food processing, healthcare, and retail. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with Year 1 on-target earnings of $75,000+ and top earners $100,000+ per year.

Travel up to 100% within assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A valid driver's license
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Preferred two years of experience in Business to Business sales; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking)
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with the ability to work independently
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s) #ZipSales.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers based on assessment findings.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
