Ehrlich Pest Control, part of the Rentokil family, is hiring Account Executives in Paramus, NJ. The role focuses on selling pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and work in a performance-driven environment. Base pay is $45,000–$54,000 with uncapped commissions and a first-year OTE of $75,000+; top earners reach $120,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting, cold calling, lead generation and networking encouraged.
• Must be self-motivated with hunter’s mentality; willing to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect sites and assess pest concerns to propose control solutions.
• Sell pest control services and preventative maintenance to commercial clients.
• Develop territory growth strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings; maintain CRM records.
