Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will build relationships, generate leads, conduct on-site inspections, present proposals, and close deals, with comprehensive training and uncapped commissions; travel up to 100% of time in the assigned territory. Competitive benefits start day 1, with an annual on-target earnings of $75,000+ and top earners

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of experience in Business to Business sales with prospecting/lead-generation skills preferred.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territories.
• Willingness to obtain industry licenses provided and paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
