Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the Bethlehem branch. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, complete a 13‑week training, and then secure new customers across industries using linen and facility services.

You’ll work with a dedicated team to meet growth targets and deliver customized solutions. The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting tailored proposals, and leveraging Salesforce to manage opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage time and territory effectively.
• Proficient computer skills; CRM experience (Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business through prospecting and lead qualification.
• Meet/exceed weekly sales quotas by managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to plan installations.
• Develop strong relationships with new customers and coordinate with service teams.
