Alsco Uniforms in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train you, coach you and help you close new business in various industries.

After your 13-week training, you will identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver customized linen, uniform and facility services solutions that keep clients safe and professional.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outside B2B sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Motivated, results-driven with time and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
