Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a premier regional network in Mattoon, IL. This full-time role offers a substantial compensation package with production bonuses and a sign-on incentive in a practice with high patient demand.

You will perform comprehensive ENT procedures across multiple sites, with options for expansion to other locations. The schedule is flexible, including non-traditional blocks, to accommodate commuting

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skill, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT interventions across a broad general otolaryngology practice (ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, pediatric ENT).
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites, with main Mattoon ORs and outpatient center, plus expansion at Effingham.
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule; support for 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations for regional or commuting physicians.
• Collaborate with an extensive internal primary care and pediatric referral network to manage high-volume backlogs.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for all encounters, surgical documentation, and follow-up care.
