Inizio Engage in Houston is seeking a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional to drive territory performance for a leading biotechnology partner. You will cultivate relationships with physicians and thought leaders, and implement strategic plans to consistently exceed sales targets.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or customer service, a Bachelor's degree, willingness to travel, and a growth mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Men's Health experience preferred.
• Proven time-management and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay away as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed territory sales plans and objectives by executing strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and thought leaders.
• Plan workdays and calls to achieve activity goals.
• Develop programs to maximize sales opportunities within the territory.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Present effective sales presentations to customers.
• Maintain a professional sales image in all business matters.
