Inizio Engage is seeking a results-oriented pharmaceutical salesperson to represent a leading biotechnology partner in the Austin area. The role requires building relationships with physicians, executing territory plans, and managing travel to meet sales objectives.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in business or customer service, preferable pharmaceutical sales experience, and strong communication and time-management skills. Local travel will be extensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales is preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience is highly preferred.
• Men's Health experience preferred.
• Must have proven time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing strategies for the territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Plan workdays and sales calls to achieve activity goals.
• Develop and implement territory programs to maximize sales opportunities (speakers' bureau, symposia, etc.).
• Complete administrative tasks timely and accurately.
• Present accurate sales presentations to customers and maintain professional image.
• Travel extensively and stay at locations for extended periods; comply with pharma guidelines.
