Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Tools Product Development Manager to act as a subject matter expert for Tools & Industrial Solutions, supporting the internal sales team and customers. You will train colleagues, develop market share, and provide consultative solutions for large projects.

You will travel up to 80% and work with SFDC, Dodge, PEC, and other information tools to identify opportunities, quote solutions, and close large multi-faceted deals in a fast-paced rental environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Strong strategic selling and negotiation skills with customer focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Tools & Industrial products and services.
• Educate internal teams on tools solutions and applications.
• Develop tools market share and drive growth in assigned geography.
• Lead training programs and support complex sales with SMEs.
• Collaborate with Sales, BU teams and CRM tools to generate leads.
