Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading menus and describing items to guests over the phone.
• Clear greetings and farewells; understand requests for assistance.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand 6–8 hours.
• Ability to communicate guests' needs to staff clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service.
• Inform guests about promotions and handoffs to service staff.
• Keep the delivery area clean and organized.
• Ring up orders accurately in the POS system.
• Promote specials to build a regular clientele.
• Package To Go food with proper inspection.
• Respond to guests in To Go parking spots.
• Ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Attend to special guest needs and requests.
• Follow brand standards to deliver Fridays Service Style.
