Job summary

TGI Fridays is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the To Go program. The To Go Pro greets guests, answers calls, and ensures accurate orders while keeping the pickup area organized.

You will communicate promotions, hand off to service staff, and uphold Fridays Service Style. This role requires strong communication, the ability to stand long shifts, and the stamina to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read menus and describe items to guests over the phone.
• Must greet and farewell guests clearly and understand requests.
• Must convey guests' needs to kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Must hear well in a loud environment to assist guests.
• Must stand and move during the shift and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service.
• Inform guests of promotions and hand off to service staff.
• Keep delivery/To Go area clean and organized.
• Ring up all orders accurately in the POS system.
• Promote specials to build guest counts and loyalty.
• Package To Go food and ensure proper sealing and inspection.
• Respond to guests in To Go parking spots quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure 100% accuracy on orders.
