Job summary

TGI Fridays To Go Pro is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor in Linden, NJ to greet guests, take and ring orders, and ensure accurate, timely service. You will monitor the To Go pickup area, uphold brand standards, and assist the team with promotions and guest satisfaction.

This role requires clear communication, reliable shift coverage, and physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Responsibilities emphasize prompt phone service, accurate POS entries, and maintaining a clean, organized delivery

Qualifications

• Must read menus and describe menu items to guests over the phone.
• Must articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests.
• Must clearly communicate guests' needs to staff and management.
• Ability to hear well in a loud environment and respond promptly.
• Must be able to stand and walk during the entire shift; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer incoming calls and provide appropriate service.
• Inform guests of promotions and assign them to service staff.
• Keep delivery area clean and organized.
• Accurately ring up orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Build guest count by promoting specials and fostering loyalty.
• Pack To Go food with proper inspection and sealing.
• Respond quickly to guests in To Go parking spots as they arrive.
• Ensure 100% accuracy on orders.
• Attend to special guest needs and requests.
• Follow brand standards to deliver Fridays Service Style.
