Job summary

TGI Fridays To Go Pro is seeking a Shift Supervisor to ensure a fast, friendly experience, accurate orders, and smooth handoffs to the kitchen and service staff. Your leadership helps uphold Fridays standards and a positive first impression.

You will greet guests, answer calls and describe menu items over the phone, promote specials, keep the To Go area clean, and coordinate with team members to deliver consistent Fridays Service Style throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Reads menus and describes menu items to guests over the phone.
• Articulates clear greetings and farewells to guests.
• Communicates guests' needs clearly to kitchen, servers, bussers and managers.
• Able to hear well in a loud environment to answer calls and fulfil requests.
• Walks and stands for the duration of the shift.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe as needed.
• Lifts up to 30 lbs.
• Stands for 6–8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answers incoming calls and provides appropriate service.
• Informs guests of current promotions and staff assignments for smooth handoffs.
• Keeps the delivery area clean and organized.
• Accurately rings up all orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Builds guest count by promoting specials and building a regular clientele.
• Packages To Go food ensuring inspection and proper sealing.
• Responds to guests in To Go parking spots quickly and efficiently.
• Ensures 100% accuracy on orders.
• Attends to special guest needs and requests.
• Follows brand standards to deliver Fridays Service Style.
