Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Store Front End/To Go Operations leader in Raleigh to manage the Food Lion To Go program and supervise department associates. You will lead scheduling, training, performance reviews, and customer service excellence while upholding company values.

Responsibilities include coordinating online orders, preserving product integrity, and partnering with department managers to handle stock, safety, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and use technical requirements of the job.
• Must be able to meet minimum age requirements and obtain required Food Safety accreditation within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Food Lion To Go operations and department associates.
• Supervise duties, provide training and conduct performance appraisals.
• Manage schedules to meet online order demand and minimize customer inconvenience.
• Promote a culture aligned with company values and strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, sanitation and security standards.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory management and loss prevention to achieve targets.
• Maintain courteous customer service and use product knowledge to meet shopper needs.
