Food Lion is seeking a Front End/To Go Operations leader to oversee store-level online order fulfillment, scheduling, and customer service excellence. You will train and coach department associates, drive performance, and ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with company goals.

You will also collaborate with department managers to optimize inventory, maintain hygienic standards and achieve budgeted results while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

• Partner with department managers to manage fresh orders and out-of-stock items.
