Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of department staff with ongoing coaching and formal appraisals.
• Maintain effective schedules to meet on-line order demand and minimize customer inconvenience.

• Assist in achieving budgeted financial and operating targets.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure proper handling of fresh and out-of-stock items.
• Ensure proper handling and prompt restocking of perishable items.
• Provide leadership to drive store sales and maintain equipment and supplies.
