Qualifikationen

• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be accredited by NRF or similar accrediting organization as a "Certified Food Safety Manager" or will be required to attend company-provided training; accreditation must be maintained.

Aufgaben

• Manages the Food Lion To Go operations, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates and provide ongoing performance management, training and appraisals.
• Maintain effective work schedules for To Go associates to meet online order traffic and minimize customer inconvenience.
• Provide leadership to promote our Guiding Principles, Core Values, Vision and Strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Proactively partner with department managers to ensure fresh orders and handle out-of-stocks properly.
• Ensure return-to-stock items are handled promptly, especially refrigerated and perishable items.
• Model outstanding customer service and use product knowledge to meet customer expectations.
• Control store expenses through proper ordering and use of resources.
