Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a friendly To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order reflects the same care as in-restaurant dining. You’ll greet guests, confirm orders, and manage pickup experiences with accuracy and hospitality.

Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication, can handle basic math for payments, and maintain a positive, team-oriented approach. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift to 25 pounds.
• Patient, guest-oriented mindset and positive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders before pickup.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone professionally.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well cared for.
• Work with Front of House team to support smooth service.
