Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Brentwood, TN is hiring a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm, attentive hospitality for off-premise orders and seamless pickup experiences.

You will greet guests, ensure order accuracy, enter orders in the POS, and maintain a clean, stocked To-Go area while working with the Front of House team. Training and development are emphasized, with growth opportunities as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand 8 hours or more.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirement for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
