Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is hiring a To-Go Specialist to ensure that every off-premise order is prepared with the same care as in-restaurant dining. You will deliver warm hospitality, greet guests, confirm orders, and process payments using the POS system in a fast-paced to-go setting.

The role emphasizes clear communication, reliable transportation, and a guest-centric mindset. Training is extensive, with opportunities for advancement as the store grows; candidates should be able to stand for

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and patience.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
