Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm hospitality and accurate, timely pickup experiences. You will greet guests, review orders, and ensure every off-premise order mirrors the care of in-restaurant service.

Responsibilities include handling orders in the POS system, maintaining a clean To-Go area, and communicating clearly with guests by phone. Prior hospitality experience is welcome, and flexible scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations for order totals.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Must have a guest-oriented mindset and maintain positive team relationships.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• FOH positions require 18+ age.

• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
