Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Murfreesboro, Tennessee is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver the same level of warm hospitality for off‑premise orders as in‑restaurant service. You’ll greet guests, input and confirm orders, process payments at the POS, keep the To‑Go area stocked and clean, and coordinate with the Front of House team to ensure accurate orders and a seamless pickup experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to be patient and have a guest‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirements for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
