Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to deliver warm, attentive hospitality for off-premise orders. You’ll greet guests, ensure order accuracy, and handle payments with the POS system while maintaining a clean, organized To-Go area.

You’ll work with the Front of House team to provide a seamless pickup experience, requiring strong communication, reliability, and a guest-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more and work on your feet.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-focused mindset with patience and attentiveness.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• FOH positions require 18+ age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
