Job summary

OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to provide treatment to patients suffering from depression across New Jersey clinics. The role includes administering TMS and Spravato therapy under supervision, collecting vitals, and preparing treatment materials while upholding a patient-first approach.

You will work primarily at the home office assigned to you, with potential coverage at other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BLS encouraged with provided training.
• Proven customer service experience and ability to communicate clearly.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software and CRM/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers helpful; medically oriented roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device and review medication/treatment details with patients.
• Monitor treatment sessions for safety and accuracy.
• Record vitals and obtain informed consent before treatments.
• Document treatment notes and assist with scheduling and billing questions.
• Greet patients warmly and support a patient-centric care environment.
