Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment across NJ clinics. The role involves administering TMS and Spravato, preparing devices, reviewing medication details with patients, monitoring safety, and collecting consent and REMS documentation.

A friendly, patient‑centred approach is essential and prior healthcare or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers preferred.
• Basic Life Support Training provided as needed.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with patients before sessions.
• Monitor safety and clinical accuracy during treatments.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatments and document notes.
• Obtain informed consent before treatments and manage REMS documentation.
• Record and document treatment sessions and progress.
• Greet patients and support scheduling and billing questions as needed.
