OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment across New Jersey clinics. You will assist with Spravato and TMS therapies, conduct patient intakes, and help with front‑office duties to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a patient‑centric mindset, and a willingness to learn. Training and certification will be provided as needed; flexible scheduling is required to cover 8‑hour shifts.

Formación

• High School Graduate.
• General computer proficiency, MS Office and CRM/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers.
• Basic Life Support Certification (Training & Certification provided as needed)
• Customer Service experience.
• Always maintain a “patient centric” mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Administer TMS and Spravato therapy in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with patients before sessions.
• Monitor treatment to ensure safety and clinical accuracy.
• Take patient vitals for Spravato treatment.
• Collect informed consent forms before treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each Spravato session.
• Greet patients and collect payments for out‑of‑pocket costs.
• Schedule treatments and assist with administrative tasks.
