Zusammenfassung

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Fairfield, CT seeks a patient-centered technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies. Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts between 7am–7pm with some variation.

You will monitor patients, manage records, and support billing and scheduling in a collaborative outpatient setting. Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree or certification, have healthcare experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field with at least 1 year healthcare work or internship experience.
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification with substantial relevant work history, preferably in patient/customer facing roles.
• Stable and consistent work history is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed; reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; BLS certification provided.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines; monitor patient responses and record scales; address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain empathetic care; manage EHR; handle scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
